What is the More-For-Less offer here at ClickCallMove? We like to refer to our full-service program as  our 5 plus 5.5 option. That's $500 upfront* plus 5.5% commission at closing. Our 5.5% fee includes a full 3.5% commission paid to any agent that brings you a buyer who is ready, willing, and able to purchase your home. Our 5 plus 5.5 program saves you money by allowing you to keep a greater portion of equity in your home while marketing to the broadest audience including the highest level of exposure to the Realtors in the local market and therefore buyers.
That's the "less" part, now for the "more" part: ClickCallMove offers a customized marketing package no matter your price point. You'll receive the individual attention you and your home deserve. For those of you who are considering our For Sale By Owner package (FSBO), here's the best part: all of the money you pay for our FSBO service is credited towards any commissions we earn if you decide to upgrade to full-service representation! With ClickCallMove, there are no risks when trying to sell your home on your own if you decide to later upgrade to full-service representation. For example: if you chose our FSBO package for $500 and later decide to upgrade to our 5 plus 5.5 full-service program, the $500 you paid for the FSBO package is applied to the $500 upfront fee leaving only the 5.5% final commission. No risk! Our policy of no-risk fees not only applies to our FSBO packages, but to any other fees we charge for services rendered (with the exception of sign deposits).
