Military Service Member Homeownership Assistance in Iowa

One of the best products in the market right now are VA loans.  The Military Service Member Homeownership Assistance program (MHOA) provides a wonderful compliment to the VA mortgage. This program
provides eligible armed forces service members up to $5000 that may be used toward a down payment on a qualifying home purchase and /or closing costs on a qualifying first purchase money mortgage.

The Iowa Finance Authority administers this program as well as the other remarkable first time home buyer program for Iowa resident non-military folks.  More thorough info on the MHOA program will be a permanent buttton on my web site Monday.  In the meantime click on the "First Time Homebuyer" button for more thorough information on the IFA assistance program, and the Federal Tax Credit program.   Please contact me
directly if you need information on the MHOA program in the interim.  I would be happy to provide details!
